Quick Start Executive Program

This program typically lasts 1–3 months.
During that time, we'll focus on one outcome for you!

This program includes:  

 
  • Detailed client intake session where we'll discuss your priorities, goals, desired outcomes, and support systems, as well any recommendations or suggestions from your supervisors 

  • Pre-coaching self-assessment using the ChiqueSpeak communication and leadership questionnaire as well as other 360-degree assessments. 

  • Deep Analysis of findings 

  • Pre- & Post-session interviews with supervisor(s) regarding desired outcomes with executive 

  • Pre- & Post session interviews with up to five colleagues, HR and/or direct reports regarding desired outcome with executive 

  • Five 1-hour in-person sessions 

  • Two hours of virtual coaching via phone, video call, or email 

  • Delivering a coaching plan to executive's supervisor with overview of strategies, prompts and goals 

  • Mid-program session with supervisor 

  • End of program summary of coaching work and assessment of future needs 

  • Follow-up call within one month of completion of coaching  

 
 
Intensive Executive Program

A typical Intensive program lasts 3–6 months and includes: 

 
  • Detailed client intake session where we'll discuss your priorities, goals, desired outcomes, and support systems, as well any recommendations or suggestions from your supervisors 

  • Pre-coaching self-assessment using the ChiqueSpeak communication and leadership questionnaire as well as other 360-degree assessments 

  • Deep Analysis of findings 

  • Pre- & Post-session interviews with supervisor(s) regarding desired outcomes with executive 

  • Pre- & Post session interviews with up to five colleagues, HR and/or direct reports regarding desired outcome with executive 

  • Six 1-hour in-person coaching sessions 

  • 12 hours of virtual coaching via phone, video call or email 

  • Phone call to discuss synopsis, progress, and challenges 

  • Delivering a coaching plan to supervisor with overview of strategies, prompts and goals 

  • Two mid-program sessions with supervisor 

  • Final feedback with colleagues, HR, and/or direct reports 

  • End of program summary of coaching work and assessment of future needs 

  • Wrap up discussion with supervisor regarding progress and next steps 

  • Follow up phone call within two months of completion of coaching
